The sky is clear, I have no fear as smiling stars abound,
some people ants, lights passing cars & in the distance clouds
So very high, but I am not as I look toward the ground

I've thought this through a hundred times, my soul so old & grey
So with my right I'll take this flight & end this life my way

For many seasons, moons & suns I walked this earth before.
So I take this step a selfish one for avoidance of life's learn,
& follow the truth through the door of death yet to take another turn.

On buildings edge I take the plunge into empty air my clay,
for on this night the very last no more the light of day,
Falling fast but time is slow life before my eyes,
ice cream, dog, my first true love, drugs, tears by mommas side

Toward the ground, moving fast, all concrete looks the same, one last
breath no turning back as I splat away my pain.

My life is gone my soul is not I dare not again to falter

"You scream in pain, the pelvic push, I enter, birth to become your daughter"
