Angel of pain,
The crystal tears fall down your cheek
Like in nightmares your demons seek
A hard life endured
You dare not speak
A life filled with empty promises
And broken dreams
But to an outsider; its not how it seems
A life filled with hate,
And unspeakable pain
Regardless of what they say; feel no shame
Misunderstanding and narrow-mindedness
A false cover created by fake happiness

Angel of peace,
Your light protects over all
And when I'm lonely I hear your call
In your world there is no down
Eyes sparkle and lips have never felt a frown
Your presence brings silence
A rush of tranquility
Through your eyes, I finally see
A place of peace
Your warmth brings happiness
It fills the hole of my eternal emptiness
A smile that could bring the devil to his knees,
Stay by me forever, if you please.
