I hear the water,
I listen as it flows
I hear the water,
Now this is the path I chose.

I look into the water,
It's so peaceful and blue
I look into the water,
And for once I don't think of you.

I smell the water,
I can practically inhale the salt
I smell the water,
As my thoughts begin to halt.

I taste the water,
It's refreshing and cool
I taster the water,
So why am I such a fool.

I feel the water,
It caresses my skin
I feel the water,
It's all over, I've commited my sin.

I'm in a better place now,
There's serenity all around
I'm in a better place now,
My happiness has been found.
