They all say they can help
But how can they help if they don't understand?
How will they make us stop,
When they don't even know?

You can't stop my anger
You can't make me happy.
You can't cause my pain to go away
All you can do is leave me be.

Only I can stop my anger.
I do it by seeing my blood
Drip from the cut.
Looking in the mirror
With my eyes full of release.

Only I can make myself happy.
I do it by picking at the scabs
Making them fresh
Never letting them heal.

My pain and my tears
Is my way to make the pain go away.
It's the only way to make me feel,
To make me feel like someone,
To make me... be better

How would you know
If I hide my true side
To only myself?
How would you help
If you cant even see?

Only way you can do so,
Is letting me do what I do
And see if I can last another day.
