Why is it me
why do i get hit
and beaten

don't males today
realise how wrong
it is to beat and rape
women this days

why?
have i done something wrong
have hurt there feelings
what have i done

yes i was vulnerable
when i was raped
yes i was vulnerable
when i was beaten up

one is going to court
other is looking as if he will get away with it
they don't care about my feelings
and how it affects me

i don't know what to do
i don't know my feelings
things are getting more
difficult to start facing

i wrote this poem because yes i have been raped and i was beaten up last night. They both happened by two people i knew and i thought i could trust
