a star
a black star
then a dead star
twinkling away inside of me
repressed, soon to suffocate
lies which feed me, lies that I feed
anything to save you from yourself
truth that scares, that you can't handle
try to breathe they steal your breath
take it all away, nothing's yours
the star is fading
dead, nourished with my pain
fading away, slipping away
let it go, let it slip
no harm
no pain
no star
