The walk of an unsure girl
Is one that is very guarded?
Not too fast - not fast at all
For to take
Quick steps
Would bring her crashing to the ground
The walk of an unsure girl
Is one that is of patience
Waiting,waiting,waiting
To reach the goal
Inch by inch
Step by step
She will soon get there
The walk of an unsure girl
Is one that is noticed
But passed by
It is different
From the fast pace world
Always catches the eye
And yet never draws attention
The walk of an unsure girl
Yet, it belongs to me
Careful, cautious, always unchanged.
I remain at the end of the line
Behind the crowd
Can never catch up
But with the walk of an unsure girl
That is so slow and panned
I see
Everything
That is blurred in the vision
Of people who go too fast.
