take my pink purity wounds
turn them inside out
round and round like another gear in my head
spinning too far too fast
leave me with nothing but a stale taste
my mind will never quiet without you
my mute serene little sting
you are my first love and my last hope
my child - my only descendant
mine forever

take my scarlet keys to sanctuary
melt them in the fires of prejudice
taint the smiles of relief
break the calm solace of scars
bleed inside - stay pristine outside
i won't see it, won't feel it, won't take it
love
anger
bitterness
trust
these things i live without
but at least i have you
my precious disease, my favorite waste of time
no one will love you like me
no one can love me like you
the sweet translucent appeal of my crimson crush
