You think you know me but you have no idea
You don't know my stories new and old
You don't know my stories never told
You don't know what he did to me that night
And what he whispered in my ear
You could never hear those words and how they struck me full of fear
You'll never know about the cut that stretches across my arm
You'll never about the times I caused myself so much harm
You'll never know about the pills I swallowed or why I smoked pot
You'll never know what goes on inside my head, all my suicidal thoughts
You'll never understand why I don't want to live anymore
You only joke about it and it makes it hurt more
You tease me about smoking, how I dress, or wear my hair
You don't give a damn about me You just make fun and stare
You could never imagine how much pain that I go through
I can only wish somehow you possibly knew
