So many thoughts
Crashing together

I can no longer think

Tears of frustration falling

Wanting to flee from the pain
Wanting to run somewhere safe
Desperate to be free

Cant take much more
Nowhere to hide
My world crashing down

I need to stop it now
I need to take control

Cold steel, pressing, pulling
Small stinging, red droplets
Pain and confusion escaping

Physical pain rushing in
Mental pain leaving

Thoughts clearing
Guilt nearing

New cycle beginning
Never ending
