You held my life in your hands
And chose to tear it to pieces
You ripped my very being apart
And turned my own hands against me

Every so often I shake with the need
To lash out, against you, the world
But I can't get to you and the world is so large
So the control my own hands have over my body
Is my only way of dealing with this pain you have caused
