I would just like to say thank you for that, because you are right. If someone thinks they can't stop, they truly can't, but that is why we have friends. If you think you don't have any friends think of people who would miss you if you died, and if you can't think of any, think of people you would miss if they died. Anyone who comes up in either group is your friend. Lean on them, they are stronger then you think.
